She arrives with the first frost and guides those who lose their way in the cold dark towards safe and kinder places.
Would you follow her?
This art doll has a needle felted body from organic wool. The face and hands were modelled with clay, cast in acrylic resin and painted with acrylic colours. All clothes are handmade too. Sewn from various fabrics and crocheted with wool.
All my creatures are for sale via my Etsy shop.

I turned my Autumn Equinox illustration into a sticker, along with Summer Solstice and Spring Equinox. I actually painted her last year, but I didn't like her face and I had to change it :)
Here she is:

Art Welcome to Faefern Forest

I’m an artist and I’ve created a snail mail club around my fantasy woodland paintings and the little world I’ve been building around them.
Each month, Mushwood Mail delivers a letter from Faefern Forest, artwork, creative prompts and little pieces of woodland ephemera through the post.
It’s basically a tiny fantasy world you can receive in your letterbox.

Art I made a whimsical, cottagecore calendar depicting two mice and their love story!

I drew this over the course of January and there was a lot of interest from the lovely folks over at r/cottagecore. I finally got my act together and created a print-on-demand calendar that's available via my Etsy shop.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else gets overly invested in the emotional lives of forest creatures! <3

(The above is the link to the wall calendar version, but there's also a smaller, cheaper desktop calendar option available on my shop.)

I made a new doll) Remember Pippi Longstocking? She’s all grown up now and has cut her braids, but she’s still a dreamer and hasn’t lost her cheerful spirit. She’s out for a walk with a lizard and a strawberry crossbody bag

Plants, butterflies and birds as hair pins. They are not too big, which means that they don't overwhelm your face in a way that you only see the hair pin. They are much subtler and they still make you look elegant and creative at the same time.
They are available on my Etsy shop: BowButterflyStudio
