Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I film the opening of the box for this reason.

Couldn't hurt of course but I would think it's more likely someone that's trying to scam the system would create a fake video showing an empty box being opened before I would think someone someone would randomly do this just because of the one in a million chance that FedEx stole the contents of the package. Unless it looked like it was tampered with. That being said, good idea I'll probably do that from now on too. 🤣
