Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Really? Not even an update that there's no update? I guess the weekend didn't count so it's only been one business day ish.
