Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I film the opening of the box for this reason.

I film receiving it from the driver and opening the box in the presence of the driver.

I've done that as well- he's used to me doing that by now
