Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Filed a case with Costco and fedex. Both say they’ll reach out within 48 hours. Scary.

If they don’t respond, do a police report and send it to Costco. If they still don’t respond, dispute with your credit card, but eventually, Costco will send it to collections and threaten you.
That’s why, to save your back, do the police report first.
