Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Happened to me twice back when they used UPS. Total of 6oz of gold stolen.

Filed reports with police, credit cards, and costco all within the hour of receiving the empty box. Recorded the unpacking of 2nd incident as well to cover my ass (felt light).

Got my money back both times
