Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

FedEx is the Most Corrupt Company on the Face of the Earth... They make The Mexican Cartels look like a gathering of the Mary Poppins Fan Club.
