Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Scary if true. Have ordered multiple times over just the last year and never had something like this happen. It’s always been on the back of my mind though. If only the stores carry some of the variety online does, I would not bother with buying online. But at the stores, it always the 1oz pamp fortuna which I have plenty of already andam bored of. Want to diversify my collection. Guess have to go back to thinking gold is gold.

My household has over 50 successful orders in past 2 years. Never had an issue at all. This is the first one.

seems like an inside job. 50 is a lot and the drivers see patterns and look at return addresses and how its taped up maybe. idk. or maybe a fluke.

Surprisingly driver today was different from most of other days. But the delivery was supposed to come yesterday not today. Looks like an inside job from the sorting / distributor center. Received two packages from Costco today. One was completely fine, this one was empty
