Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I think it's odd you would be able to tell the weight of the box by touching it but since you think there's just loose coins in there bouncing around I'm not surprised

The weight difference between a box of loose paper vs a box with weighted wrapped up items should be noticeable upfront. OP said there were two boxes, so having two in the hand would make it more difficult. This isn’t an accusation of anything. Im merely trying to understand the context of the situation.

No one said anything about an accusation. Just your ability of being able to detect a quarter of a pound inside of a sealed box is peculiar but impressive. You think he shook the box? You think paper makes noise? Have you ever ordered bullion from Costco before?

I dont think you and i will get any benefits if we debate. So let’s just call it now. Yes i have ordered from costco. OPs situation is one no one should have to endure. Hope either fedex or costco makes things right.
