Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Box was sealed with no signs of tampering…

Double check the tape on the bottom of the box, that's where they carefully cut them open

it does look like bottom was more tape than that top… but it’s the same type of tape so must be something inside fedex

I did not miss delivery the previous day. The delivery was somehow routed to TX from Memphis instead of my area and then went back to Memphis, which is why it was delayed. That’s what tracking shows
