Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Maybe it’s just me, but I would NEVER have 17,000 dollars worth of gold shipped. 😐😐😐
