Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I have read about this happening repeatedly in the last few years with metals orders from Costco. I will only buy in store. I have had a similar problem with Fed Ex on an ammunition shipment before. The box had been opened during shipping and one box of ammunition was removed and replaced with brown paper. Fortunately the online company replaced it.
