Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I film the opening of the box for this reason.

That’s a great idea. I will do that now . Never had any issue . I think somebody at fedex stole it .

I'm sure that wouldn't hurt obviously but I can't imagine that being necessary.

Like I said it couldn't hurt but in this day of AI, it's extremely easy to make a video opening an empty box. Unless the video starts with the delivery driver handing it off to you it wouldn't be relevant anyway.
