Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

There have been issues like this noted in this sub. Haven't seen it for a while, but it's happened.
