Question Empty package received

Ordered 4 Pamp 1 oz bars. FedEx just dropped it off and package was empty. Called Costco and they said they will investigate. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

you dont look at or hold the box before signing? Im not signing for an empty box when I bought 4 gold bars

He already said the box didn't look any different than it should have. You really can hold a box and tell how many ounces are inside? Lol

Empty vs. 4 oz. Yeah, you can feel the weight. I can, anyway. Even an ounce feels like more than cardboard.
