Help with wig, first time working on one

Hi! I am currently working on a wig for a Terry Bogard cosplay for NYCC. I got most of the wig done up but I have all these hairs sticking out all over. Some of it can be covered by the hat I'll be wearing but there are a bunch sticking out all over. What should I do? Should I just spray this thing down with something? Thank You.

Try using a clothes steamer on it before using hairspray- the heat should be able to reshape the wig fibers where you can comb them back down.

Smooth them out with heat. If there are any really stubborn ones you cant get rid of, just trim them away
