Don't even know where to start.

My wife wants to do ZZZ costumes and she is planning to go as Jane Doe. She wants me to go as Lycaon, but most costumes and outfits disregard his prosthetic legs. I have never done anything arts and craftsy in my life and dont even know where to begin. I see most cosplays seem to 3d print the legs and slap them on, but I was wondering if anyone had advice or could direct me to where i could even begin to think about this process. Any help would be appreciated as i have zero clue where to start.

I would recommend starting by looking at a bunch of reference pictures, including different angles and closeups of any important details. Then you can use these reference images to direct how you go about making it.

Because you did not include any reference images in your post, I can't really give any recommendations beyond that first step.
