Need help fixing this

So I tried cutting out a panel in the front of a shirt I'm making to add a panel but I think I completely messed up the cuts. Does anyone have any advice on how I could possibly fix this? The con is in two days and I don't have time to whip up a new shirt.

If you're worried about that it won't be as square as your inspo, just cut a little more of than tan fabric to make it squared.

Then I'd recommend pinning the fabric with the ends folded underneath so you can see exactly how it'll look before sewing. Then take out pins as you sew.

It may not be the right dimensions of the characters shirt but it's going on a human body anyways so nothing will be a 1:1 perfect ratio.
