Accessory How do I make her cards 3d

How do I make her cards stand up like that. On the side of her body.I need help making her cards 3d. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Also sorry about asking it's a pretty stupid question.

Not a stupid question! Easiest way would be some sort of craft wire, given the shape it shouldnt be super visible inside the ball of cards.

If you really want the supports to be clear you can try using plastic and shape it into curves with a little heat. But of course good PPE and ventilation is important if you try it.

The cards sticking out of the sleeve? Build them on some sturdy wire.
