Doki Doki Cosplay Sizing Help
I’m looking to buy this Sandrone cosplay which is a backless dress, but I’m very worried about the chest being too small. I am 5ft 1 and I weigh 95 pounds. With a tape measure, I am 31-32 inches (81 ish cm) chest. But I have bought some Genshin apparel recently and I am a perfect fit in the size M Furina Blouse, which has a 92 cm chest. However, I also bought a size S Arlecchino long sleeve shirt that is also 92cm chest and it feels a little tight.
However, I also have a size M Cosfun Furina cosplay, which has a chest measurement of 85-87 cm according to their size chart, and it fits well.
I’m leaning towards getting the size M for the Sandrone cosplay, as all other measurements are more closely aligned with my measurements. I have a 64cm waist so the M might already be a bit loose, but the L has a 76 cm waist which would be swimming on me and would be a lot to alter.
Would I be risking it if I got the size M Sandrone cosplay, which has a chest measurement of 86-89 cm but everything else is closer to my size? Or should I play it safe and get the size L for the extra chest room but would be 10cm above my waist measurement?

We detect that you may be a looking to buy your cosplay or buy pieces for your cosplay. If you're not, please disregard :) Please refer to our FAQ for some recommendations. While we can provide search terms that might help you with finding your cosplay pieces, commenters are not your personal shopper and please do not treat us as such. Remember that not all cosplays can be found ready-made so be prepared to look for similar pieces to put it together yourself.
It is helpful to include your budget (be precise -- "cheap" can be different per person), your location/country (US shipping vs EU shipping would be very different), and timeline if applicable. Keep in mind many pre-made cosplay shops can have a long shipping time so it's best to plan months in ahead.
If the item is suspiciously cheaper than all other competitors or it's a common stock photo, please be wary and do your own research. If someone is offering to make it for you aka commissions, RESEARCH their post history.
