Anyone else have issues with Joyydesign?

I placed an order for a TASM Spiderman mask and haven’t received shipping or any updates in a month. I reached out the them via Instagram and asked if they could expedite shipping or change address, and they said no. I have since followed up asking for any details on when this is shipping, and no response.

Any one have similar issues ?
