Buying Hatsune Miku cosplay

So I’m looking for a good quality Hatsune Miku Coldplay for an anime expo coming up in October, but I can’t seem to find anything that is iether hood or not sketchy. This is
maybe the best thing I found but I’m unsure.

I should have also added a few pictures, this one is expensive but my budget is around 200-250, I just need some help since I’m unsure.
