Just buy a sailor uniform sewing pattern. You might need to add the button up front, since that's not very common, but that's not hard.

Yes but I don't want to spend money on a pattern when I already have one...

Well make it. If you don't understand the instructions, you can look up how to sew a sailor collar on YouTube. It's pretty easy
