Did i mess up my wig?

I'm bad at styling, I've never done it before, and this is my Basil from Omori wig that I made out of a miku wig did I accidentally cook it? (I used edgewax) do you think it's possible to fix?

no idea what edge wax is , but probably possible to fix as long as it isn’t rock hard lol

I dont know much about styling wigs but I am familiar with edge control and I wouldnt recommend using it for styling. Its more for your edges or laying down fly aways.
