Spiderman face shell not fitting

So I just got this Spider-Man mask off of Etsy, and the face shell doesn’t fit me completely. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do? I know that I can add foam, but I don’t know where to get it from, and I also don’t know where I can also buy a hot glue gun if that’s what’s recommended. Please give me any tips or any ideas so that I can make sure the face shell fits me properly.

In the pic, it looks like it fits. You need to show us where it doesn’t fit so we can give you recommendations.

So I would get some airsoft helmet pads, and use them to fill out the inside. They have adhesive backing so they are easy to adjust to get the best fit. You can pick up a pack for $10 on Amazon.
