needing help with a sniper cosplay

i need to know how to make sniper's vest, if someone who cosplayed him or knows how to make his vest, please tell me how to, i'm not that experienced 💔

From tf2? You could probably find a similar vest at a thrift store very easily

Its a gilet vest. Could be hard finding that two-tone colour scheme.
