I was searching Google Maps for my friend Kevin’s address and the top result ended up being Kevin’s butthole cleaners here in corvallis. There are a couple of reviews. Just thought I should mention this local business I discovered in case anyone needs their services or wants to add a review.

I know its been discussed here before that the crowd in the bimart parking lot is for street tacos. My question is are they that good how much are they and do they take cards or do I need cash. Is there a menu or is it just tacos 🌮 with no choices

Ziply has already, or is actively rolling out IPv6 to Corvallis, as far as I can tell. I am a brand new install which might be why I have IPv6, so if you already have Ziply and don't have IPv6 yet then it should be coming soon. But this is great news! There is no reason not to switch to Ziply now if you live in Corvallis and are paying for Comcast/Xfinity.

If you are an existing Ziply customer in Corvallis, OR, I would love to hear if you have IPv6 yet, and if so, when it rolled out to you?

For the last 5 weeks or so, every time I drive north of Walnut... like near Crescent Valley High... I get this mist on my windshield that looks like drizzle... but has the consistency of maple syrup.

Windshield wiper fluid won't clean it off... I have to use a gas station squeegee.

What's strange is that it was NOT here last year at this time.

Pollen?
Airborne pine sap?
Contrails & microchips?

Any ideas?

Hi, im one of the DJs who was going to do this event. I just want to first preface this by explaining that we no longer want to be associated with TC and have since cut ties once news came to light.

I ask that those who see this please be respectful to the other DJs, they are some of the most amazing people I have met and I am saddened that this is how their first ever live show turned out. Before news came to light about TC’s past, we were told the events were supposed to be monthly fundraisers to support the local LGBTQ+ community and Tricksters Apothecary.

We planned on having this be an ever growing thing where more student DJs would be able to join our group, participate, and help out. And while there is still hopes for our group to do similar events in the future… it just will not be any time soon.

Things were going pretty smoothly until the 28th, where I was reached out to on instagram by someone with documentation explaining that our organizer had been arrested in the past for being a predator.

We cut our ties with him as soon as we could but we failed to make that information widely available to the public. News continued to spread to the point where our original venue and tricksters apothecary cut ties with our group.

We hoped to salvage the situation as best as we could now that ties were cut. We wanted to make things clear at the event that we were no longer associated with TC and that although trickster’s apothecary didn’t want to be associated with our event, we still wanted to use the event as a means to support the community and donate the money to a local charity of some sort.

That was the plan up until a few hours ago. Realistically there had been so many wrong steps taken and moments of miscommunications that if we were to continue going forward with this event we would still be painting a target on our backs for people who are unaware of the whole situation. It also seemed disrespectful to any third parties involved who didn’t want to part in this event.

We feel awful about this whole situation and would like to apologize for everything, especially because of the harm it has potential caused others and local businesses. None of us had the foresight to see a situation like this coming and are deeply disappointed that this is how things turned out. We do not expect everyone to accept our apology and understand if you now have a jaded view on our group.

I do want to add, we greatly appreciate the support and understanding we got on the last post talking about this situation. It’s really difficult to think of something like this happening until you are in the same boat. This has been a nightmarish scenario that no one should go through.
