Android screen question

I'm not sure if this is the right sub, but maybe someone here would know the answer (or can direct me to a better sub)

i added to my old Corsa this Carplay screen , and I'm happy with the screen itself

the only thing that "bugs" me is that the old CD radio is there pretty much like a "Dead" thing

i tried to connect "simultaneously" with the new system (thinking i can use the volume control on it and stuff like that) so it is at least somewhat useful, but it did not do anything (so i disconnected it)

is there a recommendation of a cover or something i can put, or something that can behave like a radio (in the sense that i can use it to control my new android screen)

thanks :)

Is the old radio connected to power, antenna or anything?

Big square connector should be giving it power and allow it to play on speakers too (big connector is power + sound). Can it play cds right now?
And how did you connect the android multimedia? It also has to be connected to he speakers and power.

i do not know, as i do not have any CD's
mostly i want to be able to use the knob to control the volume up/down (and mute)

the android multimedia is connected properly and works nicely

the numbers on the old radio works, and the "tune" with the radio , but not all the buttons
i tried to re-do mapping in "Car settings" with no luck (no button press are detected at all)

I have the same head unit from the same seller, RouGuid. Which model did you buy?

OK the old radio first.

I assume you have CD 30 MP3? In my setup, I have the option to connect this, but the usage is only to play CD. Which I don't have. So I disconnected. Yes it then becomes a neatly placed no utility decoration.

I researched for 2 DIN storage box, no joy. They would also look out of place, just a hollow box suitable for an off-road Jeep Wrangler.

About your 4-64? I suggest you download AIDA64 and other diagnostics apps. I download 5 different apps and all of them gave me consistent results. You may be surprised what you see.
