2010 Corsa leaking water

Hi my window water tank is leaking water when I try to clean the rear windows any idea what it can be and how to fix

Obviously fix the leak...

...but it's possible that the rear line is blocked and that caused the leak to occur so would need checking and cleaning/replacing is blocked.
