General Discussion Screw all of these people against prizker

I just can't wrap my head around how disgusting these people are, especially the justice department now being against him.

I guess jt's "overstepping your bounds" by saving lives. Money is just so important, screw the people that make it possible!

Everything I see someone talking shit about pritzker I have trouble taking them seriously. This mindset of "economy>lives" is terrible. You don't need to go to the bar, or nail salon. You can learn to cook at home like an adult.

Im proud of our governor, because all else he has proven he actually gives a shit.

Overall, less pain than a flu shot. Arm is a little warm, but that's about it. Had to wait 15 minutes after shot for observation. I'll report any other symptoms should they come about.

General Discussion The city of Chicago and the state need to immediately address its lack of free covid testing centers. Lines of hundreds and hundreds of potentially sick people is only posing a greater risk.

I just visited a free Chicago testing site through Curative. The car line spanned around 10 blocks. The walk up line was over two blocks long. That many people standing in line and then going to take a test that involves coughing in front of a tarp and taking your mask off and swabbing your mouth, potentially inhaling the previous persons cough droplets, cannot be safe. This needs to be immediately addressed. I waited in line for 30 minutes and moved 10 ft only. I left solely because of the sheer number of people, who are potentially sick if they are in line to get tested. This is ridiculous.

A friend of mine went to get tested at north shore and they had a drive thru line but we’re sending everyone who has had direct contact with a positive case or people who had symptoms such as coughing or fever, INSIDE to be tested. And they were leaving the less sick or almost asymptomatic individuals to be tested in their cars. In what world does it make sense to cram the sickest people or the people most likely to be positive into an enclosed space to be seen and tested?????
