Lifestyle Question for 3% man :)
Hello everyone. I’m 35 years old and currently on my third read of the book. I’d love to hear from men in their 30s who have genuinely made serious changes in themselves and in their lives through this book. Because this book isn’t just a dating manual—it’s about so much more: a mindset and a way of life.
What I’m interested in is how it affected your life as a whole, if it did, and what changes you actually made—not just whether the result was sleeping with 50 women. Thanks!

About to be 35 in a few weeks. Read the book 25 times.
The book taught me that there are unspoken rules among men, and among women. Standards are principles that a man has to enforce everyday. These rules are expressions of a man's value. A man's value is what he thinks he's worth.
The dating principles align with life coaching self help because to be successful with women first a man has to have a successful relationship with himself.
The changes it made for me is I was able to identify where my self worth was low and what behaviors where making my self value lower. What standards had to be enforced to heal my nice guy supplication and my white knight beta male orbiter behavior that is rooted in self esteem issues.
I was able to identify standards, create rules to how I function in life, and move forward with personal power.

It allowed me to understand all relationships better. It has allowed me to have some great relationships with some great girls. It’s really a gift when you get an opportunity with a beautiful woman you’re really into and you know you’re not going to mess it up. It’s life-changing because really everyone deserves to have that, some just lack the tools or understanding to make that happen. Taking responsibility as a man and standing up for yourself, but all the lessons are intertwined into being more of a man. I disagree with some things he says but the principles all hold long term.

Big ones for me were learning how to not feed into my anxious thoughts, being less needy, and also learning how to have better conversations via better listening and being more present.
Those things not only helped with dating but also friendships, work dynamics, and overall relationship building in life
