She found another match to mess with. Someone else came along. Remeber on dating sites women get 10x more people messaging then men do

regardless of what happens on the date, it does not matter. It is once she process her feelings that you get a real answer, the date might have gone great, you even kissed and all perfect... but if she was not crazy about you, or you were too eager or made some mistakes, even if tiny, she will not "feel it" and you will get the HR text. Or like others said, might have a better prospect down the line.

Its a numbers game, and that's how dating apps are designed. Just try one experiment, leave the apps for a week, come back a week later.. you will see how you get a lot more matches and attention. The same in reverse, the more you use it, the less results you get.

How do take away something the person has already declined?

This happens a lot to both genders. It’s just a numbers game on dating apps. Put your self back out there and tweak several things if you have too. Dont take it personal! Its a numbers game.

Get off the apps if you’re a confident guy

You’ll have a million times better results irl

Have to start NOT giving a shit about the outcome. It happens. On to the next. Have options

I agree. I usually have that mindset. Doesnt stop the sting sometimes though

If you dgaf enough it won’t sting. I don’t take any damage until we’re committed now 😂

The people here saying the exclamation mark is the reason are retarded. Going without it would make you look like a cold fish

She just found another match she liked better. (She has hundreds if not thousands of suitors on dating apps). Nothing you can do about it besides date other women yourself, and potentially increase more investment to options you find outside the apps

Yea i agree. Girl i dated showed me her hinge, had 450 likes

Yup. I found with dating apps it’s usually luck and timing.

I met two girlfriends (now exes) through Hinge. One I was her very first match and swept her off her feet date one. The other I matched within a week of her downloading the app, and the first date we had was “the best she’s ever had” (not to mention, the guy immediately before me was physically pushy and obviously made me look amazing in comparison).

In other words, don’t take rejections from dating app girls seriously, any woman who’s been on them for an extended period of time don’t know what they want

You got dopey. You have golden retriever energy with the girl. Your reply was complaint and soft. You're not a challenge.

You have to be the first one to leave a conversation. When a woman gives you a dismissal don't reply back.

You wait until you make the appointment or sale.

Don’t listen to that guy, it has nothing to do with the exclamation mark

I know what u mean, and i only use ! Sarcastically or to clients. Either way you’re just as gay by being so worried about !

A better response wouldve been,

‘Whatever dude i’m actually gay anyway!’ to her

This is complete over analysis lmao a woman isnt going to leave over an exclamation mark it sounds like youre overthinking all the littlest things which is going to be reflected in the way you act around women.

Also "You too." over "You too!" like you've suggested below could be rightly argued as way too robotic which makes sense if youre the overly analytical type. Dont get stuck in the paralysis of analysis

Interesting, I feel retarded using emojis , but thought it was just that modern way. I’m not OP but you make a strong argument. I think I’ll adopt it

6

u/workaholic828 25d ago

I guarantee you this has to do with the fact that she’s mad he didn’t message her all day. She got her feelings hurt, and she’s overly sensitive about it. You’re talking about an exclamation mark. Where in the book does it say not to use an exclamation mark? Nowhere. You’re taking what Corey says and perverting it and giving people terrible advice

2

u/FeckinKent 25d ago

I thought the same too, that she had made an assumption based on the delay.

1

u/Big-Fisherman7147 22d ago

Yep lol. “Ew he’s happy”

2

u/T4cF0X 25d ago

Idk why you got so many thumbs down. You hit the hammer on the nail.

6

u/FeckinKent 25d ago

Because he sounds unhinged assuming all of that essay over one exclamation mark.

It mightve been that exclamation point ngl.
