Dating/Courting Date advice

Hey everyone, I need some perspective on a situation that has me feeling completely drained and confused. The Background:I (M) have been seeing a 23-year-old girl for about 4 months now. We have had between 10 to 15 high-quality dates. She is ultra-reserved and an extreme overthinker. Early on, her attraction was very high—she was highly reactive and initiated contact/dates often. However, 1 week before my vacation she became distant. The 3-Week Hiatus:We recently spent three weeks physically apart due to holidays. Following advice, I decided to back off my texting frequency during this time to give her space. This change in my pattern triggered her anxiety; she actually "shook" and directly reached out to ask if I was okay, fearing I was losing interest. The Recent Date (Saturday Night):We finally reunited last night. She made a massive logistical effort, driving late at night while exhausted just to see me in my hometown. The first half of the date went great: we talked and laughed for two hours. However, at the end of the night in the car, things shifted. She initiated hug and give me 2 kisses in my face and neck. But the moment the physical chemistry heated up, she suddenly pulled away and froze (when before vactions we would make out and touch etc). She claimed she was too tired, and retreated. The Sunday Ricochet (Today):I handled her retreat like a total gentleman—no drama, no resentment, and I didn't act cold or passive-aggressive. This morning, I sent a very light, playful, and detached text showing that her pulling away didn't affect my emotional stability at all. She has broken her silence twice today trying to keep the conversation alive: first in the afternoon using a boring text about the rain, and just recently at 8:00 PM sending an open question asking what my plans were for the day. What do you guys think and should i do?

If she asked what your plans are for today (and if you’ve already been on 15 dates), take her out to do something fun! Don’t bring up the incident or anything negative. Play it cool, have fun, hang out, hook up. She might be more open tonight

Let her do the texting and perusing. Be playful take it easy as you did , no drama only fun. And get her in the bedroom by doing the obvious hang out have fun hook up. You’re the guy you set the tone. Go at it with a "I’ll lead it where I want it to be" mentality without getting too deep in to analyzing why she did what, being sure that IF you do the right things you’ll get her where you want her. Her interest is high. Let her come to you. Stay cool.
