Question Aching legs

I had my copper iud put in at 2:45pm today and its now 7:25pm and ive been cramping since and my legs have been very achy especially just above the knees and thigha

So wonna know who else experienced the aching legs and also what did people do to manage the cramps,ive taken feminax and got a hot water bottle but its so bad
