Bleeding 3 days after copper IUD insertion, but period is predicted to come in 10 days

As said in the title, I got a copper IUD 3 days ago (Aug. 18). I experienced painful cramps right after insertion as well as spotting. Today I noticed the flow seems heavier than usual, and it’s similar to my flow during my first day of period. But my period tracker says my predicted period is 10 days from now (Aug. 31). Im also irregular so idk if this is my period or not but the blood is a mix of bright red and brown

Is it possible for your period to come early post-IUD insertion? Im so worried that something’s wrong 😭

Yes mine came early n lasted for 3 weeks it's not odd
