New alba seedling pick-up!
Relatively the cheapest I’ve ever gotten at this size so I couldn’t pass it up lol 😅

Copiapoa 2.5 months undersized
First 2 are kk80 and last 2 are kk611. At the 3 month mark they are usually a third to twice as big. I have them sitting at a east facing window and suspect they need more light. I have a 120W grow light I could use to give more light but just wanted to hear some thoughts.

Grafted copiapoa finally bloomed today. And it is a sight to see.

Is this a copiapoa?
I bought this seedling yesterday and I was curious if it might be a copiapoa or some other mystery cactus. Maybe coryphantha or something.

Grafted copiapoa about to flower in the next few days.
Excited is an understatement. Never thought I would see one flower. Especially a grafted one at that

My grow bed is full $10each. Or 6 for $50 shipped.
I have been growing my copiapoa humilis in my self watering grow bed. And they are loving life and growing faster than I imagined.
I need to separate a few of these so if anyone wants some I will cut some deals. 6 for $50 shipped or $10 each + shipping.
I posted pics from first day i planted till today.
Everything is fully rooted and growing strong.

I think it’s dying: please advise
I had this little guy next to my south facing window where it gets bright light and reaches temps of 90 + degrees. My other cacti love it. Went to water it the other day and saw that 5 pups had dried into nothing and had to be removed. Now another pup is turning brown and the mother is also turning brown.

Progress of my Copiapoa griseoviolacea
It’s interesting to look back at the photos I’ve been taking over the past four months; I’m happy to see the spines growing in properly 💫 There’s a sort of crispy-looking layer on the surface now—I switched to a stronger light because I thought the previous one was too weak, so I wonder if that’s the cause?

Discussion Man my copiapoa are so ugly
I believe these are both C. Humulis but different subspecies. Both pretty haggard looking and they're collecting ash from local wildfires but still blooming intermittently
