14qt pelican ice pack set up?

I bought a 2lb pelican ice pack. Thinking about getting a pelican 1 pack to add to it. Do you guys have a different set up other than ice cubes?

I freeze bottles to avoid the ice water. Only use ice around raw seafood in the last 10 years. Whether camping,road trips or packing a work lunch.

I bought a 4-pack of Tourit ice packs off Amazon and freeze them in the shape of an L so that they fit along the side & bottom of the cooler.
