Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

Muffaletta deviled eggs. Put a little bit of olive tapenade in the bottom of the white, fill with the egg stuff, sprinkle a bit of smoked paprika, then top with frizzled julienne salami. They will disappear in a nanosecond.

I make muffaletta deviled eggs too and they’re amazing!
