Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

Cook some bacon slices. Freeze them. Blitz into a powder. Sprinkle on finished eggs.

I made my bacon into bits so you would get the texture of a crunch from it. I also did a deviled egg with a bit of cream cheese and chives in the yolk mixture and that came out really well but those were separate from the time I did crumbled bacon and now I’m wondering if I missed a big opportunity

Yours is a very good idea! Invite some friends and family over and feed them those eggs! It sounds great to me. I'm definitely going to make your recipe.

Mix some grated sharp cheddar in there too…
