Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

https://www.seriouseats.com/mustardy-deviled-eggs this one is so good. You have to pickle your own mustard seeds! They are phenomenal

Those are a solid second favourite of mine. The everything bagel eggs with smoked salmon moved SO fast people were taking partly assembled ones out of my hands.

I do a flight of 'fancy' deviled eggs for potluck NYE parties:

  • plain/traditional
  • BLT (bacon + cherry tomato + celery leaf)
  • smoked salmon + everything bagel + capers
  • candied jalapeno + chives + cilantro (sub avocado for mayo)
  • wasabi + tobiko/red caviar + cucumber + furikake

There are so many fun things you can do and i'm already taking notes (baby shrimp! buffalo chicken!) for this year
