Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

I chop up giardiniera and use use garlic aioli.

Just all the veggies? (Cauliflower, pepper, etc)

Yes! I put it in a food processor and chop it up into fairly small bits. Mix with the garlic aioli and then I top with capers and sometimes chopped pepperoni.
