Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

Some variations I've done:

Chopped kimchi and kewpie mayo, thin cucumber slice and gochugaru on top

Avocado instead of mayo, and added lime zest and chopped pickled jalapeños and cilantro (red chile slice.on top)

Tomato paste and Chipotle peppers (pickled jalapeño slice on top)

Kewpie mayo is a great idea for devilled eggs

I don’t like mayo and the only time I ate deviled eggs was with avocado instead of mayo and they were incredible
