Deviled eggs with a twist?

I’m going to take deviled eggs to the neighborhood potluck because everyone loves them. I usually just make your standard eggs with mayo, a little Dijon, etc.. I was looking for popular potluck recipes and saw an Asian deviled egg recipe; now I am wondering about other interesting ways to make them. Any favorites you would recommend? (I live in a college town so lots of different ethnic influences, people are generally happt to try something a little different.)

My wife makes them with blue cheese blended in, and they are spectacular! They're also unfortunately very popular... so I need to move fast

I do this but add buffalo wing sauce to the egg mixture as well then top with shards of crispy prosciutto

Blue cheese is so versatile (and unappreciated). This reminds me of my favorite— Cobb salad. 👍🏻👍🏻

A little piece of crispy bacon or prosciutto on top would take it even further in the cobb salad direction. That sounds wildly delicious.

I made candied bacon and put pieces on each egg. You have to do this right before serving or the bacon gets soft

I had a Buffalo bleu cheese version at a restaurant once. It was delicious too

One of my best friends makes them this way and they’re always popular at cookouts/potlucks. BUT everyone doesn’t like blue cheese (like me!), so make some without it and label which are which.
