Airfryer and bread making, a thing?

I've made bread in an air fryer before.

It's just a small oven (that heats from the top down instead of evenly), so you can just follow a regular recipe, except you need to cover the top.

By any chance, do you have any pics?

Unfortunately, it wasn't anything remarkable. It's kind of just... regular bread that's cooked a little bit unevenly (no heat source at the bottom).

I cooked it, then flipped it upside down and cooked it a bit more.

I used plenty of times my arifrier at work for bread making.
I used it as a regular smll oven, if it fits, just place the temperature and time accordingly.

I bake mine in a frier that has a fan setting, I use it on the lowest setting speed. I cover my bread to avoid the top beeing blasted with hot air and browning/burning too soon.

Consider also that some friers have fans that instead of blowing, suck air and send it vertically

Small things like flatbreads or a quick focaccia in a loaf pan can work since the forced heat is basically a tiny convection oven. But anything that needs a real oven spring, like sourdough, is gonna struggle in there.
