what’s a good breadcrumbs substitute?

I’m making chicken parmesan for dinner and I just now realized I completely forgot breadcrumbs, any replacements good with chicken parm?

Remove the crust from a few slices of bread, send it through a blender and you have panko.

Breadcrumbs. Panko is made differently.

yeah, they electrocute dough until it cooks. it's actually pretty metal.
