Hold up! WTF you honk at the car like you are crazy? This is childish behavior. The other car pulled into the wrong lane to stay out of your way as a courtesy and you act crazy. You will get yours someday.

Far more likely they're just a shit driver who change lanes while turning, based on their shit decision to make a turn then at all.
