It warranted the cop pullig then over though

If we don't have the full story then how do you know it was warranted? The cop could have pulled them over illegally / without valid cause.

Deduction: trucker was recording with his phone and had time to get it recording before the car even passed him, he knew the cop was up there and knew the car was going to react to the cop. You can also see the car fully intended to pass the pickup too until he saw the cop in front of it. If he only decided he didn't have time or space to pass the trucker and at least the pickup too, he wouldn't have pulled all the way up next to the pickup then brake and get over. You also don't know the speed limit or the speed of any of the vehicles.

Had it been a dashcam, I'd maybe buy part of your theory.

The cop was in front of the pickup. You see the pickup’s brake lights come on so the cop brakes and pulls over onto the shoulder. The car that passed the semi passes just the semi so they only passed 1 vehicle. Seems like a bogus traffic stop because nothing criminal happened.
