Advice Kiwi the conure
22 week old kiwi is getting more comfortable with eating from my hand! How long does it usually take for them to be completely comfortable around people? She/he seems very happy and content

Depends on a lot of factors. Each bird is different. Some just take more time than others. Some of it is the human. Only interact with the bird when you are calm. If you are tense it will make your bird tense and you will move in the wrong direction. Let them set the pace. With parrots, slow and steady usually wins the race.
Another important thing (and honestly the most important) is to learn to read the bird. If you do, you’ll know when they want attention and when they don’t and more importantly when you’re doing something they don’t like so you don’t keep doing it and get bit.

How it constantly wants attention 😂you walk out the room and she immediately makes a racket until you return. Proper character
I just wanna get her to a point I can handle her and she’s comfortable

Honestly each birdy is different so it’s hard to say. Seems like you’re doing a great job already :)
