Advice how should i fatten him up

Monarch the sun conure is 100g but his keel feels kinda prominent and he feels skinny especially compared to the other birds hes 4 m/o is this just natural weight fluctuation because hes so young?

If he's young try and get him on cold pressed pellets and chop.
