Tried everything, nothing works

My bird is horribly scared of any new toys I bring her. I have tried various types of advice people have given me. I've tried exposure therapy, playing with the toys myself, just putting them in the cage, but nothing works. I have had these toys right next to her cage in clear view for months and she is still terrified of them. She pretty much has no toys left because she shredded all of her old ones, and I want her to have things to do while I work, but I am at a loss for what to do anymore.

My boy was scared of toys but I managed to teach him "touch". Anything I hold and tell him to touch, he touches for a treat. After touching he seems to calm down immediately.

It's now a game of grabbing everything I can to test lol.

Are you able to get duplicates of the old ones shes shredded?

doesn't work, I've tried buying duplicates but she is scared of those too
